For the lucky folks who got in on the BlizzCon action, you’re sure to have witnessed the announcement of the digital pre-sale for Cataclysm firsthand. But to those not part of the crowd, here’s what’s up.

Warcraft Dishes on Halls of Origination

Another piece of the Catalcysm puzzle falls into place as Blizzard releases a preview of the Halls of Origination, a new dungeon to be introduced in the latest World of Warcraft expansion.

Housed in the ancient Titan zone Uldum, the level 85 dungeon is designed for five players and includes seven unique boss encounters.

This is definitely not for the faint of heart. And as such, those who emerge victorious are highly paid off as they will be given a chance to help Brann Bronzebeard uncover the mysteries behind these Halls.

Funcom Unveils Release Date of Age of Conan’s First Expansion

Rise of the Godslayer, AoC’s first expansion, is coming to you live in just a couple of weeks.

May 11, 2010 is scheduled to be the official release date of the expansion, one that introduces the Eastern region of Khitai, its lore and people.

It has also been announced that a combined retail package of the core game and its expansion will be set for distribution, plus additional several in-game items like a tamed puma for a pet.
